HOT MELT SYSTEMS

Hot melt systems are robust, flexible and can be installed with zero degree falls. They are self healing to minor punctures and is a great choice for use on the most protected roofs such as inverted, paved, ballasted, terraces, podiums or green roof applications.

We are experienced installers in the application of IKO permatec, Alumasc Hydrotech and Bauder Bakor Hot Melt systems.

BUILT UP FELT ROOFING

Bituminous membrane systems offer a robust and durable solution that is ideal for both new build and refurbishment flat roof projects. They can be used in warm, inverted and cold roof designs on all normal deck constructions and can be used to overlay certain types of existing roof materials.

We are highly experienced in the installation of Bituminous membrane systems and are approved installers and contractors of Garland and Danosa systems, whilst also being approved installers of Bauder and Langley waterproofing systems. Our Bituminous membrane systems come with both product and workmanship guarantees.

SINGLE PLY PVC ROOFING

Single ply roofing systems are a very versatile product, that is installed flame free using hot air. These systems are installed using a mechanically fastened or a fully adhered method and are extremely fire resistant.

Single ply systems can be used for refurbishment and new build projects with the use of various decks types including concrete, plywood and metal deck substrates.

LIQUID MEMBRANE

Liquid waterproofing systems are generally applied using rollers and brushes, These waterproof coatings are seamless and generally self terminating, creating a very durable system that can be used for complex details and is often used on refurbishment projects.
